New Taylor Wimpey development coming soon to Shoeburyness
Taylor Wimpey will be bringing new homes to Shoeburyness this Summer with the upcoming launch of Artillery Mews.
Once complete, the new development in Chapel Road will comprise 49 new homes, offering customers a mix of two, three and four and five-bedroom properties to suit a variety of their needs. The first homes will go on sale on 22nd and 23rd June.
All homes at Artillery Mews will include a range of sustainable features designed to minimise environmental impact, including electric charging points on all properties as well as Solar Panels on the roofs. Taylor Wimpey is also looking to increase biodiversity through areas planted with native species, and the installation of bird and bat boxes throughout the development.
The name Artillery Mews was chosen by 13-year-old Ollie, a member of 1st Shoeburyness Southend Estuary Scouts, who took inspiration from the rich military history of Shoebury Garrison, which lies next to Taylor Wimpey’s site and dates back to 1849.
Ahead of the launch, buyers can register their interest by visiting the Taylor Wimpey website.
Michael O’Leary, Regional Operations and Sales Director at Taylor Wimpey London, said: “We’re delighted to announce that Artillery Mews will be launching in Shoeburyness very soon. This development offers something for lots of different buyers and we’re excited to discuss all of this with our customers.”
“I’d urge anyone looking to move into a quality new home in this area to visit our website and register your interest now, to receive the very latest updates as and when they are available.”
