Nobu hosting series of Four hands Omakase

Nobu Hotel London Portman Square will be hosting a series of Four Hands Omakase dinners featuring guest Chef Hervé Courtot and Nobu Portman Square’s Chef, Joao Alegria.
Chef Hervé Courtot, Corporate Chef at Nobu Hospitality, oversees kitchens at Nobu London, Marbella, Ibiza, Barcelona and Warsaw. Trained in classical French cuisine and having worked with legends like Pierre Gagnaire and Alain Ducasse, Hervé is bringing his culinary mastery to these exclusive evenings.
Chef Joao Alegria, known for his innovative approach to modern Japanese cuisine, leads Nobu Portman Square’s kitchen, blending exceptional expertise with a fresh take on classic flavors. Both chefs embody Nobu’s commitment to culinary excellence.
The Four Hands Omakase dinners are set to take place in the evenings on the 23rd, 24th & 25th January, costing £150.00 per person.
