Ocere is acquired by JVWEB, accelerating the development of an international digital marketing group.

Founded in 2009, Queen’s Award for Enterprise Awarded company Ocere has been acquired by French digital marketing group JVWEB. This strategic acquisition is a significant step forward in the development of an international digital marketing group with multilingual capabilities across several digital disciplines (SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, content etc).

The French group JVWEB raised €25m in 2021 to support its double-digit growth and to strengthen SEO capabilities as well as its international network

With more than 12 years of experience and rapid growth in recent years (+113% revenue growth in 2020, and +63% in 2021) Ocere is a major player in SEO, specialising in premium outreach, SEO performance and content creation. Based in Cheltenham, a UK Cyber hub, the agency started by Tom Parling manages over 220 active clients across a wide range of sectors (gaming, technology, finance etc) and more than 40 languages (English, French, German, Spanish etc..)

The new alliance of JVWEB and Ocere will offer brands strategic and operational support of all stages of the digital marketing process. Their complementary services offerings will benefit the growth of each client base.

With a presence in France (Paris and Montpellier) and globally (Geneva and Shanghai), the group’s ambition is to continue to open international offices. This acquisition consolidates JVWEB in its position as a key player in digital marketing in Europe and allows the group to integrate new skills in organic search.
