OSB Group strengthens broker support and service through key appointment changes

OSB Group, the specialist savings and lending bank has hit the ground running in 2024 by unveiling a new senior sales structure, designed to offer further support to intermediary broker partners across Precise Mortgages, Kent Reliance for Intermediaries and InterBay. This support will be aligned with individual broker needs at all levels across all three lending brands.

These changes include promotions for Simon Cockerill who becomes Group Head of Intermediary Sales, Emily Hollands will take on a wider remit in her role as Group Head of Distribution as well as Marc Callaghan continuing as Head of Specialist Finance but with a focus on InterBay and bridging. All three posts will report directly to Adrian Moloney, Group Intermediary Director.

In addition, the following changes have also been made:

• Introduction of four newly created key partner roles that report into Emily Hollands and focus on distribution channels at management level including networks, clubs, specialist distributors and key firms. Alongside this, Emily will also head up the High Net Worth and Retention teams in recognition of the importance of existing customer needs in the current climate to both the bank and brokers.

• Precise Mortgages and Kent Reliance for Intermediaries field and office based BDMs will report into Simon Cockerill. This move further supports the work undertaken in 2023 and aligns the sales teams under one lead. This brings aligned regional support to brokers partners which featured within their feedback relating to the support they need in the current market.

• The Specialist Finance team led by Marc Callaghan will report directly to Adrian Moloney as bridging and commercial sectors between Precise and InterBay.

Adrian Moloney, Group Intermediary Director said: “Precise Mortgages, Kent Reliance for Intermediaries and InterBay all play a particularly important part in the specialist mortgage market. Equally, with their knowledge and expertise, Simon, Emily and Marc will be pivotal in using their expertise to help support their teams in bringing the best of their knowledge and experience to our intermediary partners.
