Paul Ebbs appointed Regional Director of Dandara Southern
Independent housebuilder Dandara has appointed Paul Ebbs to the role of Regional Director for its Southern region where the company plans to increase its presence.
Paul, who has been Operations Director for Dandara Southern since January 2021, will continue to be based in Southampton and will report to Divisional Managing Director Chris Harris. In his new role Paul will take over full management and operational leadership of the business and have the responsibility for implementing the strategic plan to grow Dandara across Southern England.
Commenting on his new appointment, Paul said: “I am delighted to be taking on this new role. We are working hard to further enhance our pipeline of new land opportunities and I’m looking forward to bringing forward our new sites which will include schemes for private sale and also partnerships.
“My other priorities are to continue delivering on our current developments and managing our cost base, whilst maintaining our 100% customer satisfaction record through the HBF Customer Satisfaction survey.”
Paul joined Dandara in 2019 as Production Director shortly after the company opened its Southern office and was responsible for construction, safety and customer service. In 2021 he was promoted to Operations Director and took on the additional responsibilities for the company’s Commercial department.
He said: “I was attracted to Dandara because, as an independently led business, it was agile and presented an opportunity to make a tangible impact. It’s not every day you are given the chance to help grow a new regional office from scratch. I’m proud to be part of the team that made Dandara Southern what it is today and look forward to its continued growth.”
Before joining Dandara, Paul worked at Taylor Wimpey and prior to that spent 11 years at Barratt Developments. A member of the Institute of Directors, Paul obtained the Diploma in Company Direction in 2020 and is working towards becoming a Chartered Director.
Trevor Dempsey, Dandara CEO, said: “I look forward to welcoming Paul to his new role. He has been an influential part of our Southern team for many years and has played an important part in growing our presence in the region.”
