Point A Hotels parters with London charity The Felix Project on charity campaign
Point A Hotels has partnered with London Charity, The Felix Project, on a unique Christmas giving campaign.
In line with the festive season, the independent hoteliers have created life-size cut-out of characters including a soldier and polar bear. The cutouts feature QR codes which people can scan to make a quick and easy donation to The Felix Project in the seven London hotels or Fareshare Scotland in the Glasgow and Edinburgh hotels.
The Felix Project collects fresh, nutritious food that cannot be sold and delivers this surplus food to charities and schools so they can provide healthy meals and help the most vulnerable in society. In 2021 alone, the charity provided food for 30,000,000 meals.
Point A is matching all guest donations to the charities. Guests donating are asked to cite Point A in their donor comments so they can be matched.
Talking about the campaign, Camille Lorigo, Head of Marketing at Point A hotels said:
“This Christmas we felt our communities needed support and generosity more than ever. It’s our pleasure to highlight and support charities doing such important work; they help empower us to make life a bit brighter for our neighbours. We’re impressed with our guests’ generosity so far, and can’t wait to see how much we can raise”
