Property Management firm rebrands to align for the future

London-based property management company Sandrove Brahams & Associates Limited has rebranded to SBA Property Management following an evolvement in leadership and a series of new acquisitions.

The new brand marks a time of change within the business, which was founded in 1984 by Howard Sandrove and Stephen Brahams. Both founding partners have now sought new endeavours, and the company recently acquired a series of new assets, including a portfolio of thirty residential blocks in Central London.

The established team at SBA Property Management will now be led by directors Tim Darwall-Smith and Yassir Awan, and supported by fellow directors Simon Hildebrand, Deepak Sahota and Habib Mogul.

Tim, who has been at the property management firm since 1998, will be drawing on his experience and strong client relationships to drive SBA Property Management forward, whilst retaining its core values of a personal and professional service.

Yassir, who joined SBA in 2004, brings his extensive knowledge of facilities and estate management and refurbishment projects to support the company’s growing profile of clients.

Drawing on over 40 years’ residential experience, the company is aligning the business for the future and is seeking opportunities across the commercial, mixed-use, leisure and light industrial sectors to diversify its portfolio.

With a close-knit team of 25 staff, the company prides itself on its ability to maintain personal relationships and offer bespoke services to its clients. This includes relationships such as those with Grant Stanley Chartered Surveyors, with whom the business has been working since 2004.

Tim Darwall-Smith MRICS, Director at SBA Property Management, said: “This rebrand is crucial to the business as we continue to diversify our service offering both in London and in other regions in the coming years.

“Following a series of successful acquisitions that have allowed us to grow our client base, this is the perfect time for our business to be taking the next step whilst maintaining the personal and professional service we pride ourselves on.

“Going forward, we will preserve our position within the market through our strong client relationships and bespoke approach to property management. This is achieved through the provision of a dedicated director for each client, which ensures consistency and an understanding of individual challenges, regardless of size or location.”

SBA also supports interaction with its client base through implementing the latest technologies and systems.

Tim continued: “Taking on board the latest technologies and seeking to expand our management services, we look forward to growing the company as a leader in the provision of property and facilities management in the region. Building on the expertise of our brilliant team, I am proud to be in the position to guide the company into its next stage.”
