Quintain Living provides tantalising first glimpse of out-of-this-world new rental homes

Quintain Living – the award-winning management company overseeing the rental of over 3,500 apartments in Wembley Park – has revealed a tantalising first glimpse at its brand-new apartment building, Luna, launching soon.
Home to 282 modern apartments, ranging from studios to three-bedrooms, the sunset-inspired Luna delivers modern celestial chic with sultry, moody interiors and an outstanding range of amenities.
Luna’s apartments, purposefully designed for rent, are spread across two buildings, one with 21 floors and the other with nine, perfectly positioned to deliver stunning views of Wembley Stadium’s iconic arch, and the wildflower meadows of Union Park against London’s captivating skyline on the horizon.
Named after the Roman goddess representing the divine personification of the moon, Luna’s ultra-modern interior blends deep, cool tones and geometric patterns to create an elegant, refined aesthetic.
The pet-friendly apartments boast high-specification appliances and fittings, with light lounges and kitchens, with the latter being predominantly L-shaped or U-shaped with a breakfast bar. Cabinets and worktops come in a variety of delightfully moody shades while floors are Dusty Walnut Amtico, perfectly offsetting the homes’ palette of soft white, light oak, taupe, onyx, anthracite, steel and pewter. Pops of camel, clay and terracotta add softness and warmth to the contemporary tones and smooth textures of concrete, hard wood, steel and Corian. All homes feature Kohler bathroom fittings and Samsung kitchen appliances.
The homes deliver a mix of apartments for rent, along with a new range of Premium apartments. Just 49 of these are available (40 of them furnished), providing elevated fixtures and finishes, along with a higher specification furniture package. Solid stone kitchen worktops and black bathroom fittings add elegance and depth, while some Premium apartments have the added advantage of walk-in wardrobes.
Homes at Luna are available to rent either furnished or unfurnished. The furnishings have been custom curated by David Phillips, while window dressings were created in conjunction with Herbert Parkinson. The standard apartments feature window dressing fabrics comprising 32% recycled content with lined dimout curtains in the bedrooms rather flock-backed, to allow for recycling at end of life. As is standard for Quintain Living’s homes, the apartments also feature video entry systems, keyless access and superfast Wi-Fi included. A concierge and the Quintain Living resident team also ensure support is on hand 24/7.
Luna’s social spaces showcase the building’s sunset vibes beautifully. The curved arch over the bespoke reception desk delivers an essence of moonlight to the space from the moment residents enter the building as well as honouring the building’s enviable location by echoing the iconic Wembley Stadium arch located within direct sight.
Other amenities on the ground floor include a resident lounge, dubbed The Eclipse, a fully equipped functional training gym, bike store and welcoming work from home areas. The 2,723 sq ft lounge features a coffee tap, workstation bar table and a mix of zoned seating areas, with both formal and informal spaces. The furnishings are bold and characterful, combining comfort and practicality, with a palette that evokes the feel of the city at sunset.
Also on the ground floor is The Black Hole, a privately bookable secret kitchen and private dining room with a hidden entrance. Fitted out with an elegant, charcoal-coloured kitchen, the space is designed for sociable entertaining. It features a dual-purpose bespoke dining table, made from a stunning single piece of marble, for eating or playing table tennis on. The table seats ten, while there is additional lounge seating for six, providing a cosy private space for residents in the know to enjoy candle-lit dinner parties and special occasions with family and friends.
All amenity furnishings at Luna, including the range for formal dining furniture and lounge seating for its 21st-floor roof terrace, were sourced in line with Quintain Living’s commitment to sustainability, with a focus on sustainable materials and recyclability. They were procured in conjunction with The Furniture Practice, a certified B Corp that provided sustainably sourced furnishings for the amenity spaces in Quintain Living’s Repton Gardens and all furniture at The Robinson. Furnishings for the roof terrace, which provides fabulous views across the southern end of Union Park, include recycled plastic chairs and Matek coffee tables made from waste materials by green tech company Mater. Grillo BBQs are also available for residents to use.
Other outdoor space at Luna includes the building’s 8,148 sqft podium garden, which provides access to the new northern, 4-acre section of Union Park and dedicated dog run for Luna’s canine residents. The podium features landscaped areas for mature tree planting, benched seating with festoon lighting, dining areas, and welcoming play areas for Luna’s youngest residents. The extensive greenery features a wide variety of planting, including herbaceous, wildflowers, a ha-ha, meadow and reed bed planting. Trees, meanwhile, include a range of species; of particular note are the bird cherry, small leaved lime, Chinese cedar, black gum, Kentucky coffee, Indian bean, pin oak and tulip trees, which are known for their captivating blooms.
“We are thrilled to add Luna to Quintain Living’s diverse portfolio of rental homes in Wembley Park. The homes are perfectly placed for enjoying the best of the neighbourhood here in Wembley Park, with a range of thoughtfully designed layouts meeting a wide variety of renters’ needs.
