Redhill Business Tackles Three Peaks Challenge
A Redhill-based signage company will be taking on the gruelling Three Peaks Challenge on Friday June 23 to raise money for the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) Brighter Beginnings Appeal. In the space of 24 hours, the team will climb Ben Nevis (1,345m, Scotland), Scafell Pike (978m, England) and Mount Snowdon (1,085m, Wales).
Stocksigns Group, which is made up of Stocksigns, Messagemaker and First Call Signs, has provided signage to British businesses for over 60 years. Their dedicated team of experts help companies understand the signage they need and how to ensure they are compliant with the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO).
The team will consist of members from the Stocksigns Group team and Tom Harris from Gatwick Airport. To celebrate 100 years of reducing risk, RoSPA has focussed on improving the safety of children to avoid accidents. Accidents remain the biggest killer of children and young people under the age of 19.
Donations raised by Stocksigns will help continue running initiatives such as a free ‘Life Line’ phone service and a parent hub, as well as informative packs that give parents advice and support in protecting their children from accidental harm.
