It has just been announced that Sanj Gidda, CEO of MIDLANDS based VoozoDealer has been shortlisted for the 2018 NatWest Great British Entrepreneur Awards in the Service Industries Entrepreneur of the Year award.
Sanj Gidda beat off some tough competition in order to make the regional shortlist, with a record number of businesses entering the awards nationally across a wide range of categories.
Now in its sixth year, the NatWest Great British Entrepreneur Awards has celebrated some amazing entrepreneurs over the years, many of whom are now household names. Past winners include David Buttress of Just Eat, Julie Deane OBE of The Cambridge Satchel Company, James Watt of BrewDog and most recently, Hannah and Sophie Pycroft of Spectrum Collections.
VoozoDealer is a Wolverhampton based Car Leasing & Automotive Software company, digitising the car buying process, aiming to take the hassle out of vehicle ownership. With more people moving into personal leases, instead of vehicle ownership, VoozoDealer helps make driving a nice car for less, a reality for the many. At a time when the automotive industry is going through a rough patch with government policy and Brexit impacting consumer confidence, it’s great to see some good news within the automotive sector.
VoozoDealer CEO, Sanj Gidda, says: “Being recognised and nominated by the Natwest Great British Entrepreneur Awards is an honour and incredibly humbling, all of which has only been possible with the support of my team and family. Entrepreneurs often make significant sacrifices to realise their dreams, however far-fetched they may seem. I hope these awards inspire the next generation of visionaries to take that leap of faith and make their dreams a reality.
