Second Award Win for Dandara from Premier Guarantee

Local housebuilder Dandara has received a Quality Recognition Award from Premier Guarantee, one of the UK’s most prestigious warranty providers, for the second time in less than a year for its Fontwell Meadows development in Fontwell, Fontwell Avenue, West Sussex.
The Quality Recognition Award is only achieved if a site consistently achieves a high score during random inspection visits over a six month period. A number of criteria are assessed during the inspection including:
Standard of site management
Standard of workmanship
Health & Safety
Site tidiness
This is the second time Fontwell Meadows has been recognised having won in April last year and it is the 12th Quality Recognition Award to be won by the housebuilder nationwide.

As a result of this Quality Recognition Award, Fontwell Meadows is also shortlisted for Premier Guarantee’s annual Excellence Awards celebrating the highest quality developments across the UK, which will be held on 23rd October 2023.
