SHORTLIST REVEALED FOR 2022 FIRST TIME BUYER READERS’ AWARDS

Some of the most prestigious firms in the property industry, including Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing, L&Q and Countryside, have made the shortlist for this year’s First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards. One of the biggest events in the property calendar, the awards celebrate the successes of the property industry in 2022, and champion the individuals and organisations that are leading the way to make homeownership accessible for first time buyers.

The shortlist was revealed during a launch event at The Wellington Arch, with the winners expected to be announced on Friday 2nd September at the London Marriott Hotel in Grosvenor Square. A record number of entries have been shortlisted across 16 categories by a panel of expert judges, which includes independent housing consultants, law experts, architects and planners, and property marketeers.
