St. Felix Place Throws Week-Long Party In Celebration Of IPA Day

IPA Day celebrates its tenth anniversary this year, and St. Felix Place needs no encouragement to join in with all the celebrations. And whilst a toast will be raised on Thursday 5th August, the new socialising spot in Borough will be putting the spotlight on their India Pale Ales, for the rest of the week right through to a takeover beer festival on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th August.

From the comfort of its on-site brewery and taproom, and in association with their partners at Lagunitas, this buzzy new outdoor socialising space set around the Victorian arches of Banksides Lowline is excited to welcome all beer lovers down to SE1 to join them in the celebrations.

Beer flights will be available for just £9.50. The added incentive comes from 50p of every pint of Lagunitas IPA sold will be collected for Street Vet Charity who deliver free care and services to the pets of people experiencing homelessness in the UK. Needless to say, St. Felix Place is a dog friendly zone.

On Thursday 5th it’s IPA party day! Visitors first through the door are in with the chance of receiving a complimentary Laguintas IPA from 4:20pm to raise a toast in celebration of the big day. Live music kicks off from 6:30pm.

Then at the weekend (8th and 9th August), St. Felix Place will become the destination for all things IPA with a beer festival, welcoming our friends from Brixton and Beavertown breweries, who are promising to bring some rare beers that aren’t freely available in London, along with local independent breweries and friends of SFP such as Rebellion, Big Smoke, Pillers, Lains, Los & Grounded and many more.. This will be a free entry event. Live music and DJs will see out our IPA week in style. Keep your eyes peeled for Lagunitas’ infamous MoHo bar/van arriving with more IPA specials across the weekend.

Regular on-site food vendors Texas Joe’s Adobe (London’s finest Tex-Mex BBQ) and The Good Slice (focaccia-styled pizza slice) will be incorporating the IPAs into their dishes.
