Study Reveals: Brits in THIS City are Most Likely to Get Engaged in 2021!

For many people, there is no better feeling than being in love and feeling loved by somebody else and with Valentine’s Day not too far from now, the need for a significant other grows stronger.

But what does 2021 have in store for us romantically? Eager to find out, PsychicWorld.com sought to determine the cities in the UK where love is in the air! To do so, PsychicWorld.com analysed search volume data from Google Keyword Planner to find out how many people are looking to buy or get inspiration for ‘engagement rings’ this year.

Based on those figures, and to make the data as accurate as possible, PsychicWorld.com then calculated the average monthly search volume per 1,000 population for each of the included cities.

RESULTS:
Based on the figures, PsychicWorld.com can predict that people from these UK cities are most likely to get engaged in 2021:
Newcastle upon Tyne, Warrington, Manchester, Leeds, and Peterborough!

Data reveals people in Newcastle upon Tyne have been searching for ‘engagement rings’ the most, with 8.3 searches monthly per 1,000 of their local population.

Love is in the air for the people of Warrington as well, where there is an average monthly search of 7.9 per 1,000 of the population for ‘engagement rings’.

In third place we have Manchester with 7.3 searches per 1,000 population, followed by Leeds with 6.4 searches per 1,000 population and Peterborough with 6.1 searches per 1,000 population.

Which month are you most likely to get engaged?
Furthermore, PsychicWorld.com sought to find out which month is most popular for searching for engagement rings. Is it during Valentine’s Day or key holidays such as Christmas? Or is it the summer sun that’s more likely to make people feel lovey-dovey?

According to the research, the months when people are most actively looking for engagement rings are July, August, and November, with approximately 368,000 searches in the UK from people looking for a piece of jewellery to tie the knot. So perhaps those warm nights of summer do make you feel more romantic. Simultaneously, the high numbers in November could coincide with it being close to Christmas.

Unfortunately for those who are hoping to get a ring on Valentine’s day, figures show that people are 33% less likely to search for engagement rings in February compared to the most favourable months, where there are approximately 246,000 online searches in the UK.
