THE SURVEY INITIATIVE AND VIMTO WIN SILVER AT CIPR PRIDE AWARDS
Leading employee research provider, The Survey Initiative, and soft drinks giant, Vimto, have won silver at the CIPR Pride Awards (Anglia, Thames and Chiltern) for Best Internal Communications Campaign.
The Survey Initiative has been working with Vimto for almost three years and has helped the company achieve incredibly high levels of employee engagement, as well as supporting the company in the development of its values. Lynne Poole, Head of Human Resources, Vimto, explains: “We have always prided ourselves on being a great place to work. Thanks to The Survey Initiative we have been able to pinpoint areas we can become even better at. To this end we embarked on a consultation with our employees where the company values were created from the bottom-up and have been completely embraced by all.”
The Wix-based employee research consultancy, The Survey Initiative, believes the award is a great recognition for all of the team’s hard work. Gary Cattermole, Director, The Survey Initiative, says. “We always pride ourselves on doing an excellent job for all of our clients, but to receive an accolade from our peers is a great acknowledgement for everyone – we’re delighted!”
This year the CIPR PRide awards received over 950 entries, and over 300 public relations teams, consultancies and individuals were shortlisted for the awards. The winners of the CIPR PRide 2017 Awards were announced at a gala awards event on 28 September at The Guildhall, Cambridge.
