Sweet or Scam? The Science Behind Kourtney Kardashian’s Vaginal Health Gummies
Reality TV star Kourtney Kardashian recently made headlines with the release of her latest wellness product – a line of vaginal health gummies, Purr. However, the effectiveness of these vitamins has come under scrutiny.
Health Reporter investigated the gummies and found they may help with specific conditions such as bacterial vaginosis. Still, the product does not have any proven benefit for women who do not have specific vaginal concerns.
The key ingredients of Kourtney Kardashian’s vaginal health gummies are:
● SNZ 1969TM probiotics
● Pineapple extract
● Vitamin C
Lemme Purr claims to promote vaginal health, freshness, microflora, and pH levels. But can we verify this claim scientifically?
One ingredient that has received particular attention is Lactobacillus strain SNZ 1969TM. The Lemme website says SNZ 1969TM is a clinically studied probiotic. At the same time, our team did not find any references to medical research on the Lemme website.
However, there are some studies on the internet. While different Lactobacillus strains have been studied as effective treatments or preventative measures for vaginal conditions like bacterial vaginosis, there is still little evidence supporting this specific strain – SNZ 1969TM.

Moreover, “vaginal odor and discharge are normal for many women and do not necessarily require treatment with a probiotic,” says Kelly Johnson-Arbor, a medical toxicology physician.
While some of the ingredients mentioned in the gummies may have certain benefits, there is still little evidence to support the efficacy of Kourtney Kardashian’s Purr vitamins.
