Regent Seven Seas Cruises are renowned for their impressive collection of on-board cocktails including their selection of signature cocktails and have been dubbed the ‘masters of cocktails at sea’. To celebrate the anniversary they have partnered with ultra-luxury cruise specialists SixStarCruises on an exclusive cocktail campaign.

Research by SixStarCruises has revealed the 30 most Instagrammed cocktails of 2022, with the winning cocktail mojito leading with 2,491,203 more posts above second place martini.

Mojito
It’s official, the mojito is the most Instagrammable cocktail of the year, with a staggering 5,458,533 images shared of the classic highball drink. Originating in Cuba, this tasty tipple has earned its place in British cocktail culture with the mocktail version being equally as delicious.

Martini
With 2,967,330 posts, the martini comes runner up in second place. The classic “shaken, not stirred” cocktail has increased in popularity with help from iconic pop culture moments over the 20th Century.

Aperol Spritz
In third place is the Italian cocktail, Aperol Spritz. Adding a bit of oomph to a glass of Prosecco with the quintessentially Italian bitter aperitif, this cocktail is the perfect aperitif to whet the appetite on a warm summer’s day.

Bloody Mary
An undoubtedly acquired taste, the Bloody Mary is not one for the light-hearted. Combining vodka, tomato juice and other flavoursome spices, this aperitif is interesting to say the least. Dubbed ‘the ultimate hangover cure’, this one of a kind cocktail doubles up as a meal and drink in one.
