The Botanist Sloane Square Launches Customisable Cocktails Pop-up in Partnership with The Botanist Gin

As London heats up, The Botanist Sloane Square, the acclaimed bar and restaurant, has reunited with the famed The Botanist Gin to revive its ‘Summer in Sloane Square’ pop-up, set to be Chelsea’s new summer hot spot. It will offer alfresco dining and a drinking terrace, which this year will feature a new infusion table, allowing guests to curate bespoke cocktails.

Open from May until September 2024, The Botanist Sloane Square proudly unveils a fresh line-up of cocktails expertly created with an infusion table. Inspired by The Botanist Gin’s own crafting method, the infusion table allows guests to not only tailor the intensity and botanical essence of their cocktails but also get creative and experiment with making their own cocktails.

The Botanist Gin is crafted using 22 hand-picked botanicals foraged from the Isle of Islay in the Inner Hebrides of Scotland to create a beautifully balanced and complex gin. Guests can combine their chosen level of sweet, earthy, delicate and herbal notes to produce their ideal summer tipple.

With outdoor seating for up to 160 people, ‘Summer in Sloane Square’ offers an escape from the frenzy of the capital to the enchanting island of Islay. The Botanist Sloane Square invites guests to unwind and indulge in its signature Mediterranean menu, complemented by a curated selection of cocktails, mocktails, beers, ciders, and wines.

The limited edition menu features three signature infusion cocktails, The Botanist Gimlet entices with a blend of The Botanist Gin, lime, elderflower cordial, cucumber, and mint. For a decadent twist, the Haar Negroni, features The Botanist Gin, Carpano bitter infused with dark chocolate, coffee, Antica Formula, cinnamon, and orange. Rounding off the trio is Island Spring, a refreshing fusion of The Botanist Gin, Belle de Brillet pear liqueur, lemon honey, strawberry, mint, and prosecco. Priced at £15 for one person and £29 for two people sharing. Additional cocktails on offer include The Botanist Basil Smash and The Botanist Gin’s classic Gin & Tonic.

For further indulgence, bar snacks include Nocellara olives and focaccia. Diners can expect to be tempted by a selection of pizzas and sharing platters including the Insalata, boasting delicious Chicory, rocket, orange, smoked almonds, Provençal olives, balsamic di Modena and arbequina olive oil. Prices for table snacks start from £7 and pizzas from £15.

The ‘Summer in Sloane Square’ pop-up is now open until the end of September, welcoming guests daily from midday until 11 pm. For reservations and further information, please visit www.thebotanistonsloanesquare.com.
