The Survey Initiative Enjoys Strong First Quarter with Further Client Wins
Leading Wix-based employee research consultancy, The Survey Initiative, has had an impressive start to 2019 with a series of new business wins across its service divisions.
Starting the year in top gear the company landed a major employee research campaign for the UK’s largest motoring organisation, The AA, which has over 15 million members and employs 7000 people.
Their not-for-profit sector also saw some big wins, including employee engagement surveys for the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity, National Galleries Scotland and the award-winning RAF Museum based at Cosford, Staffordshire and Colindale in North London. The team also secured employee consultancy services for English National Opera (ENO) to investigate their core values and align with an employee competency framework. Here, The Survey Initiative will orchestrate focus groups for over 300 employees and 360-degree-feedback surveys for the senior management team.
The property and construction division also built up its client list with wins including The Institution of Engineering and Technology, which is one of the world’s largest engineering institutions with over 168,000 members in 150 countries. The team also landed the newly-formed The Arch Co to undertake their employee engagement survey. The Arch Co acquired Network Rail’s former commercial estate business and is now the landlord for more than 4,000 businesses across England and Wales, making it the UK’s largest small business landlord.
The financial team have been equally successful, securing work with ExamWorks Investigation Services, a leading claims investigation company providing the insurance, banking, retail and other sectors with a range of innovative and cost-effective services.
The Survey Initiative has undergone continuous growth over the past few years and the company’s Director, Gary Cattermole, is delighted with the first quarter’s figures: “We’re all experiencing changing and somewhat challenging times, but I’m pleased to see business leaders investing in their biggest asset, their people. We help organisations understand their employees’ thoughts and minds and enable them to create more efficient and productive workplaces.”
The Survey Initiative offers a wide range of employee research services from staff surveys and 360- degree surveys to employee engagement and empowerment surveys. To find out more about The Survey Initiative, visit www.surveyinitiative.co.uk or call 01255 870735.
