Offering guests a taste for Terre à Terre’s creativity, dishes include the likes of Better Batter – soft buttermilk-soaked halloumi in chip shop batter – Butterbean Brandade & Harissa – confit garlic and rosemary Butterbean Brandade served with smoked tomato ancho and caraway harissa – and Oishii Kinoko – Onigiri sushi rice with black sesame seed salt on a mushroom and fresh ginger, ume plum and tamari hash – promising a flavour sensation for all. Also included is one side dish per person, and a sharing heart-shaped tart filled with whipped dark chocolate mousse to complete the feast, while Mum can also enjoy a complimentary glass of Bolney Classic Cuvée with her meal.
