WELCROFT PARK RANGERS FIRST TEAM SECURES NEW KIT FOR UPCOMING SEASON

Hailsham football team Welcroft Park Rangers has received a brand-new kit following a recent partnership with David Wilson Homes. The housebuilder, who is hoping to launch its new Ersham Park development in town this year, has supported the football club with a donation of £600, allowing the team, who currently play at the nearby Hailsham Town Football Club, and the reserves, who play at Berwick Recreational Ground, to fund their new home and away kits.

Despite having recently formed in 2018, the club has a strong track record of success, having placed highly in the East Sussex Football League competition earlier this year. The sponsorship from David Wilson Southern Counties has helped the team to kickstart the new season and carry on its success over the coming months.

Chris Weller, owner of Welcroft Park Rangers, commented: “Being a grassroots organisation and relying mostly on sponsorships, we really appreciate the support from David Wilson Southern Counties. Their sponsorship will enable the First Team to be kitted out for our upcoming matches. We’re looking forward to representing the area in our new kits, and can’t wait to play against our local teams.”

David Wilson Southern Counties is planning to launch properties in Hailsham, East Sussex at its new development Ersham Park in 2022.
