10 gifts for hikers – designed by Welsh artist and walking enthusiast, based on her favourite trails

Lizzie underwent major hip surgery when she was in her teens. She was unable to walk unaided for a couple of years, so now she takes every opportunity she can get to stroll, hike, climb and generally stretch her legs.
