A unique twist on the classic, the Discarded Espresso Martini is a game-changing cocktail that creatively reuses Grind’s spent coffee grounds, combined with Discarded, a rich, fruity and refreshing vermouth, for a deliciously different serve.
Infused with cascara, the deep red berry of the coffee plant leftover from the coffee production process, Discarded has purpose at its heart. With billions of tonnes of cascara either sent to landfill or recycled as fertiliser each year, Discarded repurposes the berry to create a sustainable, delectable new twist on a vermouth.
