Leading central and north west London estate agent Aston Chase has appointed well-known and respected prime London specialist Craig Draper, 31, as an Associate Director to help drive Aston Chase’s expansion activities in the Central London prime residential marketplace.

Craig has been working in the London real estate sector since 2007, initially advising on mixed use and commercial projects, and has over 10 years experience handling prime residential developments and secondary sales.

In 2011 he joined Greene & Co and quickly rose to be branch manager of their Belsize Park office. In 2015 he moved to Knight Frank, working initially in the Marylebone office before being promoted to Partner and Office Head of Knight Frank in Hampstead.

Craig has helped to drive the sales and marketing of some of London’s finest luxury residential developments including The Park Crescent and Regent’s Crescent in Regent’s Park, Chiltern Place in Marylebone, Harcourt House on Cavendish Square, W1 London on Marylebone High Street and 19 Bolsover Street. During his time at Knight Frank Craig was the firm’s top negotiator in Central London, generating fees of over £1 million per annum including personally handling over £50 million worth of sales alone at Chiltern Place.

As an Associate Director at Aston Chase, Craig will work on all aspects of the agency’s business, with particular focus on helping to develop Aston Chase’s Central London activities and supporting the New Homes team.

Craig Draper, Associate Director at Aston Chase says: “I am thrilled to be joining Aston Chase who, in my opinion, are the leading independent estate agent covering central and North West London. The move enables me to handle both flat and house sales and to cover the Marylebone, Maida Vale and Hampstead markets which are all areas where I have previously excelled, so my appointment and role is a perfect fit for both myself and the agency.”

Mark Pollack, co-Founding Director of Aston Chase says: “Craig is one of the most well-liked and respected senior agents working in the prime London market today and we have enjoyed an excellent working relationship in the past, which has been key to him choosing to join Aston Chase.

Craig has a deep knowledge of the Marylebone and West End markets which will add significant value to our offering. Our plan is for Craig to be part of the next generation of leadership for the Aston Chase business to ensure the long-term continuity and success of the brand into the future.”

The next 12 months will see exciting expansion plans unveiled by Aston Chase. The company’s Head Office on Park Road in Regent’s Park is set to double in size with expansion into adjoining premises, consolidating the firm’s organic growth into the independent market leader in Central and North West London.
