YOU REALLY WILL FALL FOR QT PRESENTS’ AUTUMN LINE-UP!

It was not only the weather that was scorching over the summer; the eclectic line-up of first-class entertainment on display at QT, the capital’s favourite speakeasy, saw music fans head beneath the bustling streets of Covent Garden in their droves.

This autumn will see more incredible performers entertain the crowds within the beating heart of five-star hotel Middle Eight, with exciting new offerings co-existing happily alongside much-loved favourites, all under the QT Presents banner.

When it comes to fresh, vibrant new talent look no further than An Evening With The Kumbaya Club, as a quartet of up-and-coming London songwriters – Rosie Frater-Taylor, Immy Churchill, Lewis Sallows and Jack Tustin – showcase their latest material on 5th October.

Also making its debut on 26th October and 23rd November is A Night of Acoustic Whitney. Forget all the usual tried and tested tribute acts, this really is in a class of its own as the amazing Kristin Hosein (who has worked with everyone from Sting and Clean Bandit to Professor Green) performs all the classics from the Whitney Houston Songbook – stripped back, raw and emotional.

Meanwhile, regular residency, QT Presents Leo Green, continues to electrify audiences every Thursday, Friday and Saturday, complemented by guest performances from the likes of swing maestro Ray Gelato and his band who return on 21st September.
Also forming part of the QT Presents roster, the first and third Monday of each month finds some of London’s brightest musical stars inviting you to join their West End Cast Party (pictured). Your hosts are the wonderful Emma Hatton, whose roles include such iconic characters as Elphaba in Wicked and Scaramouche in We Will Rock You, and Nick Shirm’s whose myriad credits include singing for HRH The Queen at the Jubilee concert alongside Alicia Keyes and Diana Ross and performing (vocally) on BBC One’s Strictly Come Dancing.

Divas! will be taking over the basement on the second and fourth Monday of each month. Worship at the altar of iconic goddesses of pop and soul as interpreted by West End favourite Natalie May Paris (Jane Seymour in the smash hit West End production of Six), who will be belting out the hits of Mariah, Aretha, Whitney, Diana and many, many more.
On the first and third Tuesday of each month there’s a change of tempo with The Ultimate R&B and Soul Show. In a production that will have you dancing in your seats, the cream of the UK’s soul, R&B and funk musicians put their own spin on classic tracks by some of the best loved artists of all time, from Marvin Gaye and Stevie Wonder to Boyz II Men and Luther Vandross.

Tickets are priced from just £10 and bookings can be made at www.middleeight.com/qt- bar/qt-presents.
