Hartnell Taylor Cook awarded place on ESPO’s Estates Management and Professional Services framework
Leading commercial property consultancy Hartnell Taylor Cook has today announced it has been awarded a place on all lots of ESPO’s Estates Management and Professional Services framework (2700).
Hartnell Taylor Cook is in position on the framework from 26 June 2026 to 25 June 2028 and is delighted to have been appointed to all lots open to tender as part of the framework, spanning:
Lot 1B – Rating Valuation

ESPO is a major public sector owned professional buying organisation that provides bespoke goods, services and framework agreements to public sector organisations including schools and councils.

Wales
This follows the business’ appointment to the Government Commercial Agency (GCA) RM6343 Estates Management Services 2 framework earlier this year and its existing public sector success as a current supplier under the NHS’ HPCCAS framework and Homes England Framework.
Commenting on the success, Kate Flaherty, Director of Bids & Public Sector at Hartnell Taylor Cook said: “This is such a fantastic opportunity, and I am incredibly proud that we have been awarded onto another critical public sector framework, especially across such a wide variety of lots. We are delighted to be continuing to strengthen our access and support to existing and prospective public sector clients, with this award really illustrating the breadth of our capabilities in this sector.”
Jonathan Marwood, Partner, added: “With public sector work a core part of our business and long-term growth strategy, this is another positive step forward as we look to further cement our relationship as a supplier with current and future clients. We are so pleased to be working with ESPO and are looking forward to the work we can achieve through being part of the framework.”
