KITCHEN AT HOLMES X LA FROMAGERIE UNVEIL AN ALPINE WINTER ESCAPE
This winter, Marylebone neighbours, Kitchen at Holmes, and much-loved cheesemonger, La Fromagerie, join forces to create an alpine escape in the heart of the West End. A gloriously indulgent cheese and truffle menu takes centre stage this November, with rooftop cinema and fondue nights to follow later in the month.
Bringing together the boutique charm of Holmes Hotel and the renowned expertise of La Fromagerie, expect twinkling lights, winter greenery, warming drinks and mountain-inspired touches on the restaurant’s heated terrace.
At the heart of the collaboration is a new menu from Head Chef Stefano Motta, showcasing La Fromagerie’s exceptional cheeses alongside the rich flavours of seasonal black and white truffles. Available for lunch and dinner from 3rd – 30th November in both the restaurant and on the terrace, dishes include Black Truffle & Comté Gougères; Burrata with Sardinian Pane Carasau and shaved black truffle; Brie de Meaux Endive Tarte Tatin; Truffle Tartiflette; and Truffle Pumpkin Gnocchi. For true truffle enthusiasts, freshly shaved black and white truffle can be added to any dish for an extra touch of luxury.
From 26th November, Thursdays through to Sundays, until 20th December, the experience becomes more immersive with the arrival of the Holmes Hotel x La Fromagerie rooftop cinema series, featuring afternoon and evening festive screenings with fondue, Glühwein and Austrian craft beers, and seasonal cocktails.
