ALDERSHOT HOMEBUILDER CREATES HELP TO BUY VIDEO FOR FIRST TIME BUYERS

To assist Hampshire first time buyers in getting to grips with the new Help to Buy scheme, David Wilson Homes has released a video with a breakdown of the initiative.

Narrated by Rob Allen, Sales Director at David Wilson Homes Southern, the video explains the process of the scheme in detail to enable first time buyers to feel assured in purchasing their first home with a 5% deposit.

When using Help to Buy, the government provides a loan of up to 20% of the value of the property, on top of the customer’s 5% deposit. The benefit of this is that the buyer only needs to arrange a mortgage of 75% and the purchasing process is made more affordable, with no payments to make on the loan for the first five years.

David Wilson Homes can also introduce prospective buyers to an independent mortgage adviser to ensure its customers are getting a mortgage deal to suit their own individual needs.

There is no ground rent to pay on the apartments at Bruneval Gardens, which is another added benefit for new homebuyers.
