Aspire take home gold at the Marketing & Digital Recruitment Awards 2017!
Nominated for 7 awards, Aspire took home 2 awards on 30th November at the Marketing & Digital Recruitment Awards Gala in London. In 2014 and 2015, Aspire won Agency of the Year at the Marketing & Digital Recruitment Awards, and this year they have continued their winning streak, bringing home two major awards!
Best Marketing Strategy
Awarded for Aspire’s internal recruitment marketing campaign, running from April 2017 – June 2017. They created an engaging set of videos that embodied company values and shared across all channels to increase brand awareness. This campaign resulted in 12 new hires for the business.
Best Large Recruitment Agency
Awarded for Aspire’s success across the board for client, candidate and employee satisfaction. This is thanks to their value added services, unique Talent Hub for candidate resourcing, consultative approach for candidate satisfaction and support, and employee fulfilment – 100% of employees said they felt valued.
