Bayt Sajj Launches Two New Flavours of Authentic Lebanese Wraps

Having opened in Holborn in 2024, Bayt Sajj is a modern Lebanese wrap shop dedicated to simple, honest food made exceptionally well. Rooted in freshness and tradition, Bayt Sajj centres its menu around freshly baked sajj bread, made in-house daily, offering Londoners an authentic taste of Lebanese street food.

The menu features 15 carefully crafted wraps, spanning vegetarian, meat, and fish options, each showcasing the balance of bold Lebanese seasonings and fresh ingredients. Bestsellers include the Classic Chicken Wrap, filled with roasted chicken, cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and honey mustard dressing, and the Kafta & Cheese Wrap, made with Bayt Sajj’s in-house blend of minced beef and lamb, onions, parsley, pickles, tomato, cheese, and mayo. Other highlights include the Lahm Baajin Wrap, where spiced minced meat is paired with onions and tomatoes for a rich, yet comforting flavour.

Bayt Sajj has also just launched two new Shawarma inspired wraps; the Shawarma Chicken Wrap and the Shawarma Beef Wrap. The Shawarma Chicken is made with sliced marinated chicken breast with garlic sauce, lettuce and pickles, and the Shawarma Beef is made with sliced marinated beef with tahini sauce, tomato, onions, parsley and pickles.

Wraps can be paired with a selection of freshly prepared side salads and traditional dips, all made on site, including creamy labneh, smooth hummus, and smoky baba ghanouj.

Alongside its savoury offering, Bayt Sajj also serves a range of sweet wraps, from a classic Nutella wrap to a Halawa and Cheese wrap, as well as a rotating special. Currently the special features a Dubai Chocolate Pistachio wrap, featuring creamy pistachio, crispy kataifi, and chocolate syrup finished with a drizzle of pistachio. A selection of hot and cold beverages and mini bites, such as pizza bites and halloumi bites, complete the menu, making Bayt Sajj a go-to destination from brunch through to dinner.

Bayt Sajj is also available for delivery, with guests able to build their own wrap box, choosing up to five wraps, perfect for hosting, family meals, or sampling multiple flavours in one order.
