Brand new phase of homes launched at Kingsbrook development this month

Local housebuilder David Wilson Homes is set to unveil its latest phase of new homes at its Kingsbrook development in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, following high demand from local buyers.

David Wilson North Thames will launch the latest phase within its Orchard Green village at Kingsbrook this September, which will consist of 106 three, four and five-bedroom semi-detached and detached homes. Residents are expected to move into their new homes this Spring.

Kingsbrook comprises of three distinctive villages – Orchard Green, Canal Quarter and Oakfield Village. Orchard Green is set in 50 acres of public open space and features a community centre, sports pitches and a new primary school, Kingsbrook View Primary Academy, which opens this September.

Overall, more than 60% of Kingsbrook is allocated to open space which includes orchards, parks, cycle ways, allotments and sporting facilities, with plans for a 250 acre nature reserve and visitor’s centre.
