Calling all runners – The Cabbage Patch 10 has space for you
The Cabbage Patch 10 is back, taking place at 09.00 on Sunday 17 October 2021. The 10-mile race has taken place every year since 1982 – with the exception of 2020 for obvious reasons. Starting and finishing near the eponymous iconic pub, this 10-mile race is one of the staples of the London running scene. While demand has been high, there are still a limited number of places available.
Race organiser Kevin Price said: “After the disappointment of last year, we are ready and raring to go. The Cabbage Patch 10 is a fantastic race – it’s flat, fast and fun and I hope the residents of Richmond and Twickenham will come out and support us.”
Stuart Green, Manager of The Cabbage Patch, said: “When most people think of The Patch, they think rugby – but we’ve been supporting running too for nearly 20 years. The Cabbage Patch 10 is more than a race, it’s a great social event and really highlights the local areas great community spirit.”
