Capital West London to exhibit at large property conference this May

Capital West London have confirmed their participation at The UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF), which is set to take place between 16-18 May, in Leeds.

Capital West London is an established cross-borough approach to driving economic prosperity and business growth across the sub-region of West London. The programme was commissioned in 2017 by the West London Alliance – a partnership between the seven West London authorities of Barnet, Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Harrow, Hillingdon, and Hounslow, and has since been run collaboratively with London & Partners, West London Business and key stakeholders.

Capital West London have secured a spot in the UKREiiF exhibition hall, where over 6,000 investors, developers, local authorities and end users will gather for three-days to meet and build connections with potential partners. A significant delegation of borough representatives – including the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC) team, and private sector partners will be attending the event.

Speaking of their involvement, Alice Lester, Director Regeneration, Growth and Employment at the London Borough of Brent said: “This is an opportunity for us to showcase West London – with its unrivalled connectivity and the second largest economy in the UK – as a fabulous business and investment location and demonstrate how the boroughs are working together to grow our businesses, attract new occupiers, encourage inward investment and create new jobs.”

Keith Griffiths, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of UKREiiF said: “We’re excited to have Capital West London on board with UKREiiF 2023!

“We’re looking forward to giving Capital West London the opportunity to showcase their plans to push investment in West London and also meet with potential future partners and other local authorities.”

Led by property events company Built Environment Networking and supported by some of the biggest UK property and infrastructure companies, the annual UKREiiF event will be held in Leeds on 16-18 May 2023. The forum will attract inward investment, generate economic growth, and drive a more sustainable and inclusive culture within the property and construction industries.
