DEXTERS gain six new London offices and increased staff by entering into new business partnerships with estate agents Peter James and Sebastian Roche
DEXTERS, London’s leading independent Chartered Surveyor and Estate Agent, has entered into new partnerships with Peter James and Sebastian Roche in south east London, boosting DEXTERS’ market share in London residential sales and lettings.
Both Peter James and Sebastian Roche provide sales, lettings and new homes services. Established in 1998, Peter James has offices in Blackheath, Lee, New Cross and Brockley whilst Sebastian Roche, established in 2000, has offices in Forest Hill and Lewisham.
The new partnerships with Peter James and Sebastian Roche are part of DEXTERS plans to expand its current London network towards up and coming areas, popular with families and young professionals. DEXTERS also recently joined forces with one of south east London’s oldest established and most famous estate agents, Roy Brooks, with offices in East Dulwich and Nunhead.
