Do Brussels sprouts belong on pizza?
Wondering what to do with that leftover Christmas dinner? The pizza experts at Witt and Great Balls of Flour suggest using your leftover turkey, sausages, and Brussels sprouts (controversial), for this festive take on pizza, the perfect dish to serve up on Boxing Day.

Geoff Johnson, Sales Director and Pizza Guru at Witt UK & Ireland, said: “Load up your pizza base with whatever leftovers you have on hand, cauliflower cheese, stuffing and festive meats are all great. A mash-up of festive flavours on a perfectly cooked crispy pizza base is a fun treat that makes the usual Boxing Day ‘bubble and squeak’ look dull. The real debate is, will you be adding Brussels sprouts?”
