Durham University Business School relaunches DBA programme

Durham University Business School, UK, and the School of Economics at Fudan University in Shanghai, China, have announced the relaunch of the Durham Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) at Fudan in 2018.

The Durham DBA at Fudan is an executive programme designed specifically for high-achieving senior professionals in management, finance and public sector roles, looking to further develop their business acumen by enhancing their research, analytical and critical thinking capabilities.

Positioned as an industry-focused alternative to a PhD, the DBA programme is taught on a part-time basis over a period of four to six years, and provides students with an in-depth analytical approach to understanding and applying effective leadership and management strategy in their respective industries and professions.

Unlike an Executive MBA, students will be required to produce original research alongside their education, presenting their findings at industry and academic conferences.

Students will benefit from the opportunity to study internationally and engage with world-class faculty and visiting professors, business leaders, global firms and innovators.
