FRANCO MANCA PARTNERS WITH ACCLAIMED ITALIAN CHEF FRANCESCO MAZZEI TO LAUNCH NEW LIMITED-EDITION PIZZA

Sourdough pizza pioneer, Franco Manca, has announced today that it is unveiling a new No.10 pizza created by award-winning Italian chef Francesco Mazzei, as part of the brand’s autumn/winter menu launch.

The delicious new pizza offers a beautifully balanced range of flavours and textures, using only the highest quality ingredients. Franco Manca’s famous sourdough is complemented by a lightly spiced yellow tomato base, smoked burrata, mozzarella, fresh basil & black pepper, topped with Prosciutto Parmacotto – a delicate, slow-cooked Italian ham made with 100% natural seasoning.

What’s more, the No.10 and all other pizzas and breads across the menu will now be made with Wildfarmed flour, which is carbon negative and produced using regenerative farming methods that encourage biodiversity and help to restore soils and ecosystems. Franco Manca is the UK’s first national pizza restaurant brand to use Wildfarmed in all its locations nationwide, showcasing its commitment to sourcing the best quality produce while offering amazing value for customers.

The new No.10 is part of Franco Manca’s new autumn/winter menu, which will be available nationwide across the brand’s 69 restaurants from Tuesday 31st October. The new menu also features two other new pizzas:

No.3 – a seasonal twist on one of Franco Manca’s most-loved pizzas, the No.3 is topped with traditional halloumi D.O.P cheese, organic tomato, roasted potatoes with onions, mozzarella, marinated baby plum tomatoes with mint & seasonal pesto

No.9 – a winter warmer, the No.9 is topped with guanciale, mozzarella, Franco’s grana, egg yolk & black pepper

There are also two new bites to choose from: free range chicken marinated with spices, organic tomato, wilted spinach, Franco’s grana and a dash of chilli sauce; and bruschetta with burrata, crispy pancetta, roasted garlic, Franco’s chilli oil and black pepper. For those looking for a lighter main option, a new free range chicken salad is the perfect new addition, with a tasty mix of roasted purple carrots, goat’s cheese, mixed leaves, toasted seeds, dried cranberries & sultanas, house dressing and a balsamic glaze.
