GAUCHO COLLABORATES WITH BUENOS AIRES RESTAURANT FOGÓN FOR AN EXCLUSIVE FATHER’S DAY GIFTING EXPERIENCE

In celebration of Father’s Day this June, Gaucho has collaborated with Fogón, a fireside restaurant concept based in Buenos Aires, to launch an exclusive Father’s Day package, available across select Gaucho restaurants for a limited time only. Bringing together two brands united by the traditions of Argentine asado culture, the collaboration celebrates fire-led cooking and bold Latin American flavour. At the centre of the experience is a specially created Father’s Day dish alongside a limited-edition handcrafted Gaucho x Fogón engraved knife, designed and made in Argentina as a tribute to traditional asado craftsmanship and created to be enjoyed long after the final course.

The collaboration sees the creation of 80 limited-edition Gaucho x Fogón co-branded knives, each handcrafted in Argentina and specially engraved for Father’s Day, available exclusively as part of the restaurants’ Father’s Day package (£40) at Gaucho Hampstead, Tower Bridge, Cardiff and Edinburgh.

Available on Father’s Day only, guests can enjoy a special dish of Miso-Chipotle Marinated 300g Ribeye with a side, alongside the bespoke knife, a keepsake inspired by traditional asado tools and designed to be both a functional yet sentimental gift for father figures. The package highlights Gaucho’s expertise in the finest steaks, with the Miso-Chipotle Ribeye delivering a bold, smoky depth alongside rich marbling as a fitting tribute to the Latin American grilling traditions. Whilst the addition of the limited-edition knife transforms the meal into a collectible gifting experience.

Founded by hospitality innovators Alex Pels and Danielle Jenster alongside Chef Sebastián Cardamoni, Fogón represents the sophisticated evolution of a decade-long passion for Argentine culture and beef. The trio launched Fogón in 2018 to bring guests closer to the parrilla, championing the culture of asado in an immersive, up-close format.

With only 80 knives available nationwide and bookings now open, the Gaucho x Fogón Father’s Day package is set to be one of the most sought-after dining experiences for the special day – an exclusive, limited-edition celebration honouring fathers through culture and exceptional steak.
