Greensleeves continues to flourish with four years of consecutive growth
As we approach the end of 2023, Greensleeves is celebrating its fourth consecutive year of continued growth across its network of over 100 locations. With a 11% increase in turnover on 2022’s performance, the franchise has expanded its network with eight new franchisees this year, proving once again that the outdoor franchise is the number one lawn treatment provider to over 80,000 customers across the UK.
“2023 has been a hugely successful and eventful year for Greensleeves as we continue to develop the brand across the UK,” said Cheryl Harper, Managing Director of Greensleeves. “As well as celebrating our 25th anniversary in May, we have consistently grown our business for four years in a row, which is remarkable and demonstrates the robustness of our brand during such economically and politically challenging times. We have also just been named the number one lawn-care franchise in the UK in the prestigious Elite Franchise 100 (EF100). As new entrants to the table, this is a title we can proudly hold throughout 2024, particularly as we achieved this great accolade from hundreds of entries across every sector.

We received over 8,500 reviews on Trustpilot, of which 97% were rated great or excellent, and as a result have increased our score to 4.8/5. As a commitment to providing the very best customer service, we also expanded our head office with six new appointments, including two business development managers, two in finance and two administrators. Together, they are committed to equipping and supporting the franchisees with the right tools to run their businesses effectively and efficiently.”
2023 also saw the appointment of Cheryl Harper as Managing Director of Greensleeves, and she has been instrumental in steering the 25-year-old franchise to become a leading player in the horticulture industry. “I’m extremely proud of all the key milestones we have achieved this year and to have such a steadfast network of franchisees who are all making an impact in their local communities. Being part of the Neighbourly® UK family has also been a really positive move for the network, and we are now able to collaborate closely with the other five home service brands,” added Cheryl.
Building on the success of this year, Greensleeves has ambitious growth plans for 2024 and will be looking to expand the network with up to 10 new franchisees with exciting new developments to kick-start the new year.
