Leading commercial property consultancy, Hartnell Taylor Cook, has today announced a number of senior appointments. The move brings the total number of new hires throughout the company in the last year to 32, as an increased demand for the consultancy’s services drives growth across its London and Bristol offices.

Jack Thompson has been appointed Director of Valuations in Bristol; Richard Jessup has been appointed Associate Director in the Project & Building Consultancy department in Bristol; Andrew Harding has been appointed Associate Director in the Project & Building Consultancy department in London and George Ives joins as a surveyor in the London Agency & Development team. They join from CBRE, AtkinsRealis, the Daniel Connal Partnership, and Medway & Law respectively.

The new appointments come hot on the heels of another successful year for Hartnell Taylor Cook, which now boasts a total team of 130, and follows a raft of further senior appointments at the end of last year, which include: Senior Associate Director, Georgina Batt, and Senior Facilities Manager, Mitchell Hathway, both in the Property & Asset Management division; with Associate Director, Elliot O’Dwyer and Associate Director, Sara Rahimi, both joining Project & Building Consultancy.

The company’s pursuit of sustainable headcount growth is a result of increasing demand for its services and a number of high-profile project appointments last year, including the renewed contract to manage the Maritime & Coastguard Agency’s entire UK estate.

Commenting on the news, Stuart Howell, Managing Partner at Hartnell Taylor Cook said: “We are delighted to welcome all these new faces to Hartnell Taylor Cook. Their combined skill sets strongly complement our existing areas of expertise and will serve to significantly bolster all three divisions. They join at an exciting point of our growth story as we look to continue to strengthen our offerings within the consultancy, agency, property management and development markets.

“We look forward to working closely with them and raising a drink to all of our recent new joiners in the weeks ahead.”
