HOMEBUILDER’S COMMUNITY IN CORBY REACHES COMPLETION

Following an increase in demand, Barratt Homes has now sold out at its Lyveden Fields development in Corby.

The developer had welcomed a range of house hunters for appointments at the Livingstone Road development and the remaining properties were soon snapped up.

Having offered a selection of three, four and five bedroom properties, the community in Corby was immensely popular with first time buyers, second steppers and growing families alike.

Mirroring the beautiful properties, Lyveden Fields brought homebuyers to an idyllic location with generous outdoor space on the doorstep, with all the amenities needed for moving into their forever homes.

Since launching its development, Barratt Homes has been well-integrated in the local community including a spare room design competition with Brooke Weston Academy, and a donation of Teddy Bears for Teddy Bears Picnic Day to Oakley Vale Primary School.

Alison Raine, Sales Director at Barratt Homes Northampton, said: “Since its inception, our community at Lyveden Fields has been a sought-after place to call home and it’s not surprising the properties have now completely sold out.

“The variety of properties at the development attracted a range of buyers, all of which had different lifestyles and priorities, but there was something here to suit everyone.

“We can now celebrate the success of our time at Lyveden Fields and we’re looking forward to helping our last few buyers settle into their new homes.”

Over the years, Barratt Homes has worked closely with the community at Lyveden Fields, including a donation of We Can Build books to Corby Primary Academy and a donation of gardening seeds to Oakley Vale Primary School for National Gardening Week.

Those who missed out on the chance to cement their place at Lyveden Fields have another chance to secure their dream home nearby, at Barratt Homes’ Glenvale Park development which is less than 15 miles away.

Glenvale Park offers a stunning mix of rural and village life, the development is less than a ten minute drive to Wellingborough town centre and Rushden Lakes shopping centre and a short drive away from beautiful Northamptonshire countryside.
