Interiors consultant, Anders Olsson joins Draker to offer free interior styling to all clients

After 16 years working as head stylist for one of London’s top interior and furnishing companies, Anders Olsson has joined Draker to head up their Interior Styling Department.

Anders has worked with some of the UK’s best interior photographers producing striking property images for both screen and print with a trademark focus on simplicity and low-cost solutions.

Tim Hassell, MD, Draker: “We recognised a gap in the market for advising on and implementing interior design to support all clients in how to present their properties. Essentially, our aim is to show each property at its best and produce top quality marketing collateral to ensure clients get a premium result every time.”

Anders Olsson: “As photography and digital marketing have become the first point of contact for all prospective tenants, we are committed to ensuring our clients’ properties outshine the competition.

There’s no question that styling and presentation make all the difference to the volume and quality of enquiries a property will receive.”

From January 2023, Draker’s in-house team will attend each photography session with Anders, who will style the property using the client’s existing furniture and accessories so that it photographs at its best. There will be no fee for this service
Additional paid services will include Dress to let where Anders and his team will offer an affordable service to dress a client’s property with Draker owned items for photography and viewings, which can be removed or purchased once a tenant has been secured.

This service costs £250 (plus VAT). Clients will have the option to purchase any of the items for the cost price plus a 10% carriage charge (plus VAT).

From Spring 2023 Furnishing Packages will be developed by Anders offering flexiblle furnishing options focusing on striking a balance between minimising costs to clients, upcycling existing furniture and always achieving the best possible results.
