International law firm Mackrell Turner Garrett recruit new solicitor for its expanding Corporate Department

London-based international law firm, Mackrell Turner Garrett, has announced the appointment of a new solicitor to join its busy Corporate Department.

Harriet Jones has extensive experience acting for high-net-worth individuals and owner-managed businesses across a variety of sectors.

In her new role at Mackrell Turner Garrett, Harriet will be advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and company reorganisations.

She also has considerable experience in share incentive schemes and shareholder and partnership agreements, which will prove useful to the already experienced department.

Her main focus at the firm will be acting for start-ups and fast-growing businesses in the technology, retail, hospitality, professional services and insurance sectors, alongside supporting the partners in her department.

Speaking about her appointment, Harriet said: “I am very excited to be joining the Corporate Department at Mackrell Turner Garrett and look forward to demonstrating my expertise in future matters.

Outside of work, Harriet is the co-founder of a children’s charity, Kicking Off, and spends lots of her spare time organising fundraisers.
