Kathryn Homes confirms Sale to Healthcare Ireland Group

Kathryn Homes today confirmed the successful completion of the sale of its portfolio of 12
care homes across Northern Ireland to Healthcare Ireland Group.
For many years, Kathryn Homes has provided high-quality residential, nursing, and dementia
care to hundreds of residents across the region. The conclusion of this sale marks an
important transition that will ensure the continued delivery of exceptional care and support
for residents, families, and staff.
