Leading manufacturer GivEnergy expands Customer Services Team with recruitment of 12 new staff

GivEnergy, a leading UK-based manufacturer of smart energy storage solutions, has today announced the recruitment of 12 new team members as it unveiled significant investment in its Customer Services Department.

The move comes as a new leadership team renewed its commitment to delivering industry-leading service with demand for home and commercial energy storage continuing to surge.

This significant investment in customer experience reflects GivEnergy’s growth and its dedication to maintaining a high standard of service as the business continues to expand. The new team members bring a wide range of experience and expertise, enabling the company to better support installers, partners, together with home and business owners across the UK and internationally.

Newly appointed Managing Director and CCO of GivEnergy, Simon Taylor, commented: “We have enjoyed a significant year of growth and change with customer satisfaction a key focus for us. As we continue to grow, it’s vital that our support systems grow with us and that we invest in the areas which can have the most impact directly with our customers and other partners.”

The new recruits will be based at GivEnergy’s headquarters in Stoke-on-Trent and will play a key role in ensuring timely responses to technical queries, account support, and aftercare services. Their onboarding comes as GivEnergy continues to expand its product range, international reach, and installer network.

Mr Taylor also said work was also ongoing to signpost clearly where customers could feedback and access support directly to ensure expertise is allocated to any project or issues as soon as possible.

This latest recruitment drive comes as GivEnergy also announced it was looking forward to further growth which includes new partnerships, technological innovations, and expanded manufacturing capabilities.

Hariley Solutions, which ran the recruitment process on behalf of GivEnergy, said today their brief had been to find a diverse range of expertise to ensure a high level of customer service skills and people with an awareness of how to deliver both efficient and friendly support.
