Mental Health Awareness Month – Introducing My Possible Self App

Self-help app My Possible Self is a product you will need coming up to Mental Health Awareness Month this October, with 10th October marking World Mental Health Day.

My Possible Self features content licensed from the world-renowned leaders in e-mental health research, the Black Dog Institute, and uses content that’s proven to reduce stress, anxiety and mild-moderate depression in just eight weeks.

The app is designed to help users aged 18+ learn how to improve thoughts, feelings and behaviour, and includes evidence-based self-help modules to help users overcome day-to-day problems, manage fear and improve happiness and wellbeing. The app’s tracking system lets users monitor up to three symptoms to help better understand their feelings and recognise behavioural patterns, which can be recorded in a secure online diary.
