Most Popular Love Island Inspired Baby Names

Love Island is BACK and the nation can’t get enough of the Islanders embracing the summer of love on our screens with over 2,470,000 viewers tuning in to the new series’ first episode.

As always, the residents of the villa have made a quick impact on viewers, and fellow Islanders alike, as their ‘sauce’ levels start to increase and couples begin to emerge complete with a couple name (often bestowed by Kaz, as seen in episode 13). But which of our sexy singletons has the most popular name in the villa?

Gifts and experiences specialists Find Me A Gift have analysed baby name data to reveal which one of our hunky Islanders is most likely to bestow their namesake to the babies of 2021 (and beyond!) and Christen the next generation of smooth talkers.

The 10 Most Popular 2021 Love Island Baby Names

Most Popular Baby Name Ranking Love Islander
1 Millie
2 Chloe
3 Teddy
4 Liam
5 Hugo
6 Toby
7 Aaron
8 Jake
9 Liberty
10 Faye

The results are in! Essex bombshell Millie Court has the most popular first name and is the most likely girl of the villa to inspire a baby name for 2021 parents.

As for the guys, it’s time to go steady with Teddy! New boy Teddy Soares clinches the number one spot as the most popular boys name of 2021 as this quirky name climbs up the baby name popularity rankings. One thing is for sure, we wouldn’t mind seeing more boys with Teddy’s smooth-talking ability!

The Most Popular Named Couples

New couple Teddy and Faye are a firm favourite for popular – but perhaps more unusual – baby name inspiration. Straight talking Faye ranks tenth in the data analysis, while also scoring quite highly for uniqueness.

Original love birds Jake and Liberty also provide strong baby name inspiration as they rank eighth and ninth in baby name popularity.

However, the top of the shop for couples with the strongest name pairings is Liam and Millie. This saucy couple sure has the chemistry and now perhaps they also have a legacy as their couple pairing is the strongest in baby name popularity. Perhaps, 2022 will bring many more little Liams and Millies running around (steady on!)
