NATIONAL COURIER SERVICE REBRANDS TO CROWN SDS

National delivery solutions business, Crown Couriers, is rebranding to Crown SDS (Service Delivery Solutions).

The rebrand marks a significant milestone in the company’s history as it approaches its fourth decade in the logistics sector. The change follows a review of Crown’s services and better reflects the delivery, supply chain solutions and bespoke services the organisation provides to a variety of sectors.

Established in 1990, Crown SDS, whose nationwide control centre is located in Tamworth in the West Midlands, have been leading the way in bespoke same day solutions for over three decades. In that time, the organisation has diversified its services to ensure it is able to meet head-on the changing needs of the sector – and is committed to investing in technologies at the forefront of the industry.

The new brand signifies the spectrum of services that the company offers.

Operating throughout the London region, one of its key markets, the solution provider also operates a nationwide service, working with over 200 brands across the UK. Operating over 9,000 jobs a week, Crown SDS prides itself on their dedicated customer service and continued high levels of customer satisfaction.

Accumulating a total of £32million in annual sales across 2020, Crown employs over 90 staff at its International Logistics Centre and works with over 2,000 drivers – investing in people and technology to ensure a seamless delivery service for their clients.

Drivers are carefully selected and trained to meet the specific requirements of the role and the sectors in which they operate, including healthcare, retail, automotive, IT, aviation, manufacturing and professional services.

From transportation, warehousing, specialist services and 3PL, Crown SDS specialises in bespoke and tailored delivery solutions to meet individual requirements.
