Oblix is thrilled to announce its partnership with Jo Vodka, the brand’s first-ever restaurant collaboration. Launching in line with Valentine’s Day, the Love through the Senses cocktail menu will run from Friday 13th February to Sunday 1st March, offering guests an opportunity to experience three exclusive Jo Vodka cocktails designed to capture the sensory artistry and creative vision of the entrepreneur Jo Malone CBE from Scent Maverick to Spirits Innovator.

July 2025 saw globally celebrated entrepreneur Jo, renowned for her iconic fragrances, revolutionise the super-premium vodka category with the launch of Jo Vodka. Drawing on her rare gift of synaesthesia, Jo brings a unique perspective to spirits, offering a drinking experience that evokes moods, memories, and feelings.

Developed in partnership with Jo Vodka and Oblix’s Global Head of Bars Eva Kovacikova, the Love through the Senses cocktail menu will feature three bespoke Jo Vodka cocktails:

Held Close – Jo Vodka 101 – The Purist, clarified pear, rue berry cordial, orange blossom
The First Spark – Jo Vodka 102 – Bohemian clarified yuzu & grapefruit cordial, pink peppercorn syrup, vetiver liquor, foamer, bergamot bubble

After The Music – Jo Vodka 103 – The Artist, neroli, blackcurrant and hibiscus, jasmine, champagne

Each vodka represents a different facet of Jo’s personality and sensory world, translating memories and moods into a drinking experience which Oblix has added a sensory and theatrical element to. A mist of orange blossom is sprayed tableside for Sheer Devotion, a bergamot bubble released by the guest in Bergamot Ascension, and the slow, evolving infusion of botanicals as ice melts in Neroli Nocturne together create a playful, elegant and evocative sensory journey.

Oblix’s Head Chef, Felix Petrucco, has crafted a New York–inspired Valentine’s Day menu for the occasion, with each guest enjoying a glass of Piper Heidsieck Champagne and taking home a complimentary rose. Menus include:

Oblix East: a selection of dishes designed for the whole table including starters, main and desserts. Highlights include Tuna tartare, avocado & sardinian bread, Grilled striploin & chipotle bearnaise sauce – £99 per person

Oblix West: features three-courses alongside some of Oblix’s most popular dishes, including Seared beef carpaccio, black truffle & mustard dressing, Signature Oblix pepper steak, Cedar black cod, pickled onion & jalapeño – £135 per person (£195 per person for window seating)
