Pasta Evangelists Announces Partnership with Parmigiano Reggiano the King of Cheeses

Pasta Evangelists has partnered with Parmigiano Reggiano for a celebration of one of Italy’s most treasured ingredients, introducing two specially created dishes that showcase the distinctive flavour, versatility and heritage of the King of Cheeses.
Across Pasta Evangelists restaurants, guests can discover Fusilli Pesto alla Genovese with Parmigiano Reggiano (£15), combining fresh fusilli with a vibrant basil pesto and the distinctive depth of flavour of Parmigiano Reggiano matured for 24 months.
Exclusively at Pasta Evangelists in Harrods, the partnership is celebrated through Carnaroli Mushroom Risotto with Parmigiano Reggiano (£32), an indulgent dish bringing together earthy mushrooms, creamy Carnaroli rice and the rich, savoury character of Parmigiano Reggiano.
Pasta Evangelists is also launching a series of six exclusive Parmigiano Reggiano pasta-making classes, led by Chef Roberta. Taking place once a month, each class will celebrate the versatility and distinctive flavours of Parmigiano Reggiano through a hands-on pasta-making experience.
Celebrating Parmigiano Reggiano Day with £1 pasta
To mark World Parmigiano Reggiano Day on Tuesday 27th October, Pasta Evangelists is inviting guests to enjoy a pasta dish for just £1 at participating restaurants*. Available when dining in between 2pm and 5pm** , the offer includes the new Fusilli Pesto alla Genovese with Parmigiano Reggiano, alongside favourites such as Rigatoni Arrabbiata and Spaghetti Bolognese. At the Farringdon and Soho restaurants, guests can enjoy chunks of Parmigiano Reggiano served straight from the wheel, bringing an authentic touch of Italian dining theatre to the experience.

To celebrate World Pasta Day on Sunday 25th October, Pasta Evangelists is offering 20% off all pasta-making class bookings made on the day, using the promotional code WPD20PE.
